Alison Rothman is a Body-Centered Holistic Wellness Coach based out of Boulder, CO., where she coaches and guides women of all ages to a connection with a self beyond anything they’ve ever known.

We were introduced through a dear friend at the beginning of 2021 and have been fast friends and colleagues ever since.

Her caring soul and natural beauty radiate in these photos. I was lucky enough to have the time with her to help paint the beautiful story these photos tell. A story of triumph, embodiment, and transformation.

Alison is the Founder of Embody Life and host of the podcast Embodied & Awake real and raw conversations and stories full of Body, Mind, Heart, Spirit, and Soul.
