I started The Joyful Jaunt in 2013 when I moved to Colorado as a means to monetize my love for nature, food, exploring, and illustration. It started out as a foraging blog featuring my botanical illustration portfolio.

Later on, it transformed into my freelance graphic design business where I got to work with incredible clients and produce my own work for selling.

I took these photos to better market and display my artist shop line of apparel through my Threadless shop. My botanical illustrations brought to life in a functional way.

In the fall of 2020, I closed my Joyful Jaunt shop to make way for my next big adventure - Sumac and Sage.
